Any dress tagged with "Made to order" under the pricing tag of the product page is handmade by our wonderful team of expert seamstresses in our overseas workshops. These dresses can be customised in size, design, fabric type, fabric colour and more, which you can include in your order notes or contact us. These dresses typically take 9-12 business days to make and ship (please refer to our estimated delivery times under the purchase button for your country).
Dresses tagged "ready-made" are stock items and are not handmade by us. These items take 2-7 business days to process and ship off.
Please always refer to our return policy before purchase as made-to-order and custom dresses are non-refundable.

Photo references or inspiration are always encouraged, but here are some points you may like to also consider when explaining your vision:
- Neckline - high neck, round, Sabrina, square, v-neck, etc.
- Sleeves - long, flare, cap, puff, balloon, spaghetti straps, etc.
- Silhouette - a-line, bodycon, mermaid, straight, etc.
- Length - mini, knee-length, mid-calf, floor, ankle, etc.
- Colour/Pattern - olive, mauve, red, blue, etc.
- Fabric type - satin, organza, silk, lace, tulle, etc.
- Embellishment/Decorations - rhinestones, sequining, applique
